Multiple improvements

Several improvements and changes are inside this pr

• updated flutter map plugins (necessary for cluster)
• cluster list location markers
• remove initiative from list location
• show list of people who joined action
• color change of active filter icon
• edit location of list location (wish from climate, since they sometimes picked the wrong location on map)

Server change is already deployed, non-breaking
