Add chardev support for PIO and SPI

  • Moves the I/O wait logic in TWI to a shared unit
  • Removes the deprecated ioxfer server and example scripts
  • Moves at91sam9g20-specific peripherals into the dedicated directory
  • Removes the deprecated gpio pushbutton, functionallity can be replicated with the PIO chardevs
