When you search using a supported search engine, your query is sent to EncycloSearch to retrieve Encyclosphere results. EncycloSearch does not log, store, or share your search queries. Searches are completely anonymous. EncycloSearch does store your IP address temporarily (in the server's RAM) to prevent attacks. Your IP address isn't logged or shared with anyone. For more information, see EncycloSearch's privacy policy.
When you view an article using the built-in reader (or the EncycloSearch reader), EncycloSearch anonymously records a view for that article. View statistics are used to improve the list of popular articles; they are not associated with you in any way. The list of popular articles is publicly accessible at https://encyclosearch.org/encyclosphere/top and https://encyclosearch.org/encyclosphere/top/random.
