metainfo.xml: Remove boilerplate, mark as adaptive; fix typo in debian/control

Hi Chris,

thanks for creating this app!

In order to make adding it to LinuxPhoneApps.org less painful for me, here's a contribution to the metainfo of the project:

metainfo.xml:

  • replace boilerplate
  • add display_length
  • add custom purism value,

marking the app as adaptive in GNOME Software.

debian/control: fix typo

It's likely not perfect metadata yet (at least per flathub's suggestions on https://docs.flathub.org/docs/for-app-authors/metainfo-guidelines/quality-guidelines ), but it's good enough for my purposes.

One thing that would be nice to have specified is whether the app requires internet access: https://www.freedesktop.org/software/appstream/docs/chap-Metadata.html#tag-relations-internet.
