Issue #499: Add --marcflavour flag to ktd command

Add command-line flag to set MARC flavour when starting KTD instances. This complements the existing KOHA_MARC_FLAVOUR environment variable by allowing users to specify the flavour directly via the ktd command.

Usage: ktd --marcflavour unimarc up -d
