Add place_booking tidy to pre-commit

Martin Renvoize requested to merge mrenvoize/koha-testing-docker:issue_414 into master

This only deals with adding the place_booking modal into the pre-commit js tidy.. we aught to have a centralised file to list those js files needing this treatment rather than just adding them inline as I do here.
