The sandbox status shouldn't be "Provisioned" if patches don't apply (when inputing a ticket number on start)
After like 5 patch testing sessions with librarians, that happen often enough to warrant attention.
Because it's not immediate to hit errors in the UI due to conflits. So instead of moving on faster to another bug time is spent testing until reaching the inevitable error. And when there are issues we often need to check the provision log to know if it's patch doesn't apply or failed QA.
That one might not be that hard to implement. Grepping the provision log for «CONFLICT (content): Merge conflict» and «Failed to merge in the changes». And instead of setting the status to Provisioned and showing up to buttons to UIs it just sets status to "Patch does not apply"
