Fix #44: CSS changes to improve colour contrast

Caroline Cyr La Rose requested to merge carolinecyrlarose/koha-manual:accessibilitycss into main

This changes the colour of the regular content text and headers, the notes text and headers, the links in the regular content, and the background of the warning/attention/caution note. It also makes the "Koha manual" title at the top left larger, and underlines the links in the regular content.

This should fix most of the issues mentioned in #44 (closed). Let me know if there is anything I missed.
