Bug 30930: Updated first section on authorities in cataloging.rst

Updated entire first section on authorities in cataloging.rst (up to "searching authorities") to use new style in the screenshots and also changed text where appropriate to reflect changes in handling of authority record cataloging. Added a new screenshot for authority type settings in authority cataloging. Added new labels and alt texts in images.rst.
