Since the patch was backported up to 22.11, I decided to simply remove the sysprefs rather than add a version note.

I could not find other mentions of this functionality in the manual (searched with rbdigital, recordedbooks, Recorded Books, recorded books, and RecordedBooks).

Let me know if you'd rather have the version note.
