Bug33607: Add Screenshots for record details and for field displaying which framework was used to add the record

Added short description of record details page displaying by default in 'Normal' tab to cataloging.rst and added screenshot showing a basic bibliographic record with tab 'Normal' selected. Also added a note and a screenshot about the display field in 'Normal' tab showing which framework was used to add the record.
