Review of CSV profiles

So this started as a simple task of documenting the images for the automation project and replacing with newer images... It got a bit out of hand 😅

I updated the formatting, changed drastically the 'Modify' subsection because it doesn't work that way anymore, and added a section on including Template Toolkit in MARC CSV profiles.

If possible, I'd like someone with TT knowledge to review what I wrote for the TT section because I don't really know TT. I tried explaining to the best of my knowledge and results of my tests, but it might be wrong.
