I added the new vendor issues feature.

  • Bug 33105: Add vendor issues

Some screenshot updates

  • Bug 34509: Cannot create baskets if too many vendors (new drop-down style)
  • Bug 34501: Patron Purchase Suggestion table should include the non-public note (new column)
  • Bug 34197: Group and label vendor contact settings (options were reorganized and display differently)

I also updated the table settings table. There were a lot missing. I purposefully did NOT add the new tables for ERM usage statistics because the feature is not described yet and I cannot test it (I don't have any data).
