Moving cataloging tools from tools to cataloging

Caroline Cyr La Rose requested to merge carolinecyrlarose/koha-manual:tools into master

Just letting everyone know I'm working on this. Review of the various cataloging tools and moving them from the tools chapter to the cataloging chapter since they are now in the cataloging module and have been removed from the tools module.
