Generation of the tarballs when a new git tag is pushed => Generated on the git server (within gitea container) when a new tag is pushed
Last run of the Weblate sync scripts (see koha-i18n and koha-manual-i18n) => Generated on the translator server (cronjob running koha-i18n and koha-manual-i18n)

All are copied to download.koha-community.org when the job is done.
