Adjust for changes in 4fc41627e9a0b81d96b49157ccae7b9a826ec2b8

kicad/code/kicad@4fc41627 changed the name of the .desktop files. This needs to be reflected in debian/rules as well.

The same commit also changed from appstream to metainfo files, so debian/kicad-nightly.install needs to be adjusted.
