Fix the testing builds

Steven Falco requested to merge stevenfalco/kicad-fedora-builder:fix_rc_testing into master

Code is now tagged with 7.0.6-rc1 because we've started rc builds. However, the libs and docs will not be tagged until we get past the rc stage and have a final 7.0.6.

Our previous strategy of using the code tag to find the libs and docs won't work. Instead, just use the latest tags on the libs and docs.
