Use gitlab URLs for all components.

Move all repo accesses to gitlab.

@nickoe, @sethhillbrand - I'm not sure if this should be merged yet. The gitlab repos are working for my personal nightly builds, but I don't know if we are ready to make the official nightly builds from gitlab.

Please let me know if you are comfortable with my merging this change.
