Specify rounded rectangles for SMD pads

John Beard requested to merge johnbeard/klc:pad1_smd into master

Call out IPC-7351C as the reasoning.

Also update images to rounded rectangle pads where possible (and use modern color scheme and renderings a bit more)

This is just the SMD part of !37 (closed), so should be easier to discuss.

Still need to figure out if IPC-7352 is a drop-in replacement (and ideally a section ref)
