Add a KiCad project for F5.x screenshots and regenerate

This makes it easier to update the screenshots in future.

Regenerate screenshot for F5.2 (Fab layer requirements):

• Add a connector example with an arrow and a simplified graphical outline.
• Add a THT resitor with simplified outline
• Add a BGA example
• Use the default colour scheme
• Place the parts "raw" so the footprint names are shown, rather than symbol names.

Regenerate F5.3 screenshot:

• Same as F5.2
• Call out some standard clearances (0.15, 0.25, 0.5 and 1mm)
