Add metric value similar to S3.3

This change adds the metric value for 50 mils which is 1.27mm. This is similar as is done in the next section https://klc.kicad.org/symbol/s3/s3.3/

This change is also consistent with this section: https://klc.kicad.org/symbol/s3/s3.6/
