Add LED colours to RJ45s where defined
This adds the LED colours to the symbols where this is unambiguously defined.
It also tidies two small aspects of the symbols:
- LEDs made more central in their space vertically (look a little more balanced)
- Make the SH pin line hit the connector profile outline exactly.
- Fix some NC issues that cause KLC failures
No major changes are made to symbols in this MR
