Update footprint for BM1422AGMV (was fixed and renamed)

John Beard requested to merge johnbeard/kicad-symbols:fix_BM1422AGMV into master

Replace the footprint after it was fixed in kicad-footprints!3658 (merged)

Also put the NC pin on the border., they were at risk of accidental connection.

  • KLC S5.1 will fail until the FP is merged
