Fixed IL300 Symbol

This MR fixes the IL300 symbol LED outlines that were missing a line. Additionally, I fixed the keywords and changed them from Isolated Linear Photocoupler to Vishay since they are already spelled out in the description, which is Isolated Linear Photocoupler, High Gain, Wideband, DIP8/SMD-DIP8.
