Draft: Add MAX9744

Add a symbol for MAX9744.

Questions and missing items:

• The correct footprint is still missing and footprint filters need to be fixed.
• I need to add some keyword and possibly improve other metadata.
• I'm not sure about all the input/output pin types.
• I'm not sure how to change order of visible / invisible pins. In the symbol editor the invisible pins are in front of visible ones which is a bit annoying, though irrelevant for the part itself.

• Provide a URL to a datasheet for the symbol(s) you are contributing
• An example screenshot image is very helpful
• Ensure that the associated footprints match the official footprint library
  • A new fitting footprint must be submitted if the library does not yet contain one.
• If there are matching footprint PRs, provide link(s) as appropriate
• Check the output of the automated check scripts - fix any errors as required
• Give a reason behind any intentional library convention rule violation.
