Add AD7150 & AD7151 capacitance-to-digital converters for proximity sensing)

The OUT pins are most likely to be connected to a MCU interrupt, therefore they are on the left side.

The EXC/CIN pins might effectively be unconnected from a schematic view, since they might just be connected to a trace or zone (= electrode). Therefore they are set to output/passive respectively, even if they must not be left unconnected from a PCB point of view.

AD7151 is the single-channel variant, everything else is equal.
