SC-style packages SC-74-6_1.55x2.9mm_P0.95mm.kicad_mod, SC-74A-5_1.55x2.9mm_P0.95mm.kicad_mod and ROHM_SOT-457_ClockwisePinNumbering.kicad_mod belong in the Package_TO_SOT_SMD packages with all the other SC/SOT style parts. This MR adjusts the corresponding symbol references. A counterpart MR exists for the footprint move ( kicad-footprints!3523 (merged) ). Three symbols are affected.
