Fix old library version in CS434x-xZZ

This MR just re-writes CS434x-xZZ using the current KiCad version.

This caused repeated unrelated changes in !4121 (merged)

I'm not 100% sure if this is a old (v6?) lib version or not but in any case, KiCad changes it whenever you save this library.
