This commit adds the Synoxo RF Transmitters F113/F115/F117, a.k.a. SYN113/SYN115/SYN117. The symbol is designed as per the F115 datasheet retrieved from LCSC.

Based on the datasheet, F113 and F117 appears to be similar to F115 so they are also added but extending from the F115 symbol.
