Added Traco THB 10 symbols

Hi KiCad-Librarians 🙂,

I've uploaded another series to integrate into the KiCad library.

I had to create two new symbols since I didn't find a suitable one regarding the pinnings.

The symbol 'THB10-1211' is throwing the following KLC-error:

Violating S4.5 - https://klc.kicad.org/symbol/s4/s4.5/ Pins not connected on the footprint may be omitted from the symbol Pin 4 is missing.

This can not be fixed since this pin physically does not exis.
