Added Traco TRI 1 symbols

I've uploaded another series to integrate into the KiCad library.

I had to create a new symbol since I didn't find a suitable one regarding the pinning.

The symbol 'TRI1-0511' is throwing the following KLC-error:

Violating S4.5 - https://klc.kicad.org/symbol/s4/s4.5/ Pins not connected on the footprint may be omitted from the symbol Pins 3, 4, 5 are missing.

This can not be fixed since these pins are physically not existing.
