Fix and redesign switches, add SW_Rotary_1xX_MP

Krzysztof Zembrzycki requested to merge kzem_fluence/kicad-symbols:SwitchRotary into master

I was @cpresser to redesign some of the switches, so i did. Changes include:

  • fix KLC violations
  • add outlines symbol graphics (only single SPST switches remain unchanged)
  • make symbol graphics more consistent
  • add general purpose rotary switches with mount point SW_Rotary_1xX_MP
