add TMAG5273 and TMAG5173-Q1 variants

This pull request adds the 3D linear Hall Sensor Families TMAG5273 and TMAG5173-Q1. There exist variants differing in I2C address (with varying letters A-D) and magnetic field range (with differing numbers 1-2). Here are overview tables from the datasheets:

The names here differ from the "headline name" TMAG5173 -Q1 . I hope my choice of names is okay.
