This adds the BGA-54 variant of the AS4C4M16SA memory chip (datasheet). The TSSOP variant was already present, it was renamed from AS4C4M16SA to AS4C4M16SA-xT. The new variant uses the same symbol, only replacing the pin numbers. The matching footprint can be found here.
