Violation S3.6: I added a bigger pin name offset, because of the graphical style of the SCLK pin, similar to how it's done in symbol AD9834.
Violation S4.4: I don't think the VOUT pin is a power output in this IC, so I just made it an output, just like symbol AD9833xRM.
