Added IEC 61076-2 M8 A-coding connectors, 3 and 4 ways

Given the pin numbering scheme, I think it's useful to have these connectors in the library.

Examples: T4041037031-000 and T4041037041-000

As they are generic symbols, no footprint neither footprint filter is added.
