S3.3 is about background fill for simple components, which this is not (I do not know how the KLC checker decides what a "simple" component is) S5.1 is "Symbols with a default footprint link to a valid footprint file", which this does. S5.2 is about footprint filters, which I don't think are necessary if there is a single default footprint?
