Add all device options of TPS6293x

I added the TPS62933 PFM version a couple of month ago ( !3802 (merged)).

However, there are other versions available (TPS62933F, TPS62933P, TPS62932, TPS62933O):

Especially TPS62933F is useful, if you don't want to have PFM operation at light load (lower ripple).

TPS62933O and TPS62933P required me to add another symbol (pin 7 is PG instead of SS):

For the TPS62932 and TPS62933F, it was sufficient to derive from the existing TPS62933 symbol.

I changed the description text and the keywords to distinguish between the different versions.
