Adding the TLV767-Q1 LDO family from Texas Instrument

This includes the following symbols (:

• TLV76750QWDRBxQ1 (derived from TLV76733QWDRBxQ1)
• TLV76760QWDRBxQ1 (derived from TLV76733QWDRBxQ1)
• TLV76780QWDRBxQ1 (derived from TLV76733QWDRBxQ1)
• TLV76790QWDRBxQ1 (derived from TLV76733QWDRBxQ1)

version 01 is adjustable. For the other versions, xx number represents the output voltage

I would just like confirmation that the footprint I used is the correct one, I relied on the footprint used by other symbols with a DRB package available in Kicad.

This is my first attempt to contribute to the Kicad symbol lib. I tried my best.

PS: I closed my first attempt (!3888 (closed)) because of some mistakes. I believe this one is better and ready to be merged 😄
