Added TXB0108PW/RGY, TXB0106PW/RGY, and TXB0101DBV/DCK/DRL/YZP

Added TXB0108PW/RGY (in addition to TXB0108DQSR which already existed in Logic_LevelTranslator), TXB0106PW/RGY, and TXB0101DBV/DCK/DRL/YZP.
