Add USB3_A_Stacked

Added a stacked USB3 header.

Molex datasheet: https://www.molex.com/content/dam/molex/molex-dot-com/products/automated/en-us/salesdrawingpdf/484/48406/484060001_sd.pdf.

Parts from other manufacturers such as Würth 692141030100 and Amphenol GSB3112311HR have the same pinout so it appears to be standardized.

I have not added the footprint above as default because other USB connectors does not specify a default either.

    • A new fitting footprint must be submitted if the library does not yet contain one.

  • Give a reason behind any intentional library convention rule violation.
    KLC warnings are the same as the existing USB3_A symbol. I could fix this or both to comply?
