Add Tag Connect connectors
Add Tag Connect's TC2030 (6-pins), TC2050 (10-pins) and TC2070 (14-pins).
The connector was already present in the library but with a dedicated interface for ARM SWD (pins name and electrical types).
These new symbols are more generic and can be used for any purpose.
The connector are available with or without legs. But I only drawn the no-legs versions as I am of the opinion not to burden the library unnecessarily. Only the footprint is different with the legs version.
I drawned them to stick as much as possible to the footprint and to be able to locate easily the pins.
