Add D70108HG, a QFP-52 variation of V20 (a 8088-compatible)

This is NEC's version of 8088 packaged in a QFP-52 package. Note that this is different from M80C88A that used a QFP-56.

Copied from 8088, just with different pin numbers. Both Min and Max mode.
