Update THAT151xx08 device symbol. Passes KLC checks.

• Change symbol to triangle shape
• Update symbol origin to pass KLC rule 3.1
• Update pin origins to pass KLC rule 4.1
• Update footprint filter to pass KLC rule 5.2
