add MCX, UMRF, and U.FL to Conn_Coaxial footprint filter

This MR adds the following terms to the footprint filter:

• *MCX* for MCX and MMCX devices
• *UMRF* for Würth's UMRF devices
• *U.FL* for Hirose`s U.FL devices
