ADA4622-4xCP: remove name of NIC pins to avoid DRC warning about shorted unconnected pins

The current version of the ADA4622-4xCP symbol has two unconnected pins (13 and 16) which are both named NIC. This creates a DRC warning about shorted unconnected pins. To avoid this warning the two unconnected pins ahve been renamed to ~.
