Add ADXL363

Dash Peters requested to merge dash.peters/kicad-symbols:add-ADXL363 into master

Add ADXL363. The symbol isn't perfectly compatible with the ADXL345, because it made sense to separate the ADC_IN pin from the SPI pins, and the only place above the SPI group. Additionally, both reserved pins can be connected to ground, so it made sense to move it from the top edge to the bottom.
