Remove commas, duplicate descriptions from Battery_Management keywords

Dash Peters requested to merge dash.peters/kicad-symbols:battery_management_cleanup into master

Fixing the other issue mentioned in #1564 (closed), some Battery_Management symbols had their descriptions copied into the keywords field. I've gone through and replaced them with some simple keywords.

Also stylized pin names and stacked ground pins where appropriate.
