Stack power pins for Sensor_Motion library

Dash Peters requested to merge dash.peters/kicad-symbols:stack_power_pins_sensor_motion into master

Stacked GND pins for all symbols, stacked VDD pins when datasheet showed them sharing a bypass capacitor (or none at all). MPU-9150 is the only symbol that has a decoupling cap on VDD pin 13, but not VDD pin 3, so I left it alone.

Did a quick pass to make sure pin names were consistent with the datasheets.
