Added REF20xx Voltage Reference symbol

I'm having trouble resolving the only one left check message:

Checking symbol 'Reference_Voltage:REF20xx':
  Violating S4.4 - https://klc.kicad.org/symbol/s4/s4.4/
    Pin electrical type should match pin function
    Pin types should match pin function

I cannot understand what it wants from me. I've read the corresponding page and still have no clue. I've googled similar problems on the forum and found nothing that would explain the offending part of my symbol.

Help needed.

Another thing I'm not certain about is whether I should put the footprint as TSOT or SOT. From the PCB perspective, there is really no difference since they differ in the detail's height only, if I'm not mistaken.
